"Mileage info could be clearer"
Well... the booking itself was mostly fine, and the price seemed reasonable, but I did have to click around more than I expected to figure out the mileage allowance. At first, it wasn’t really clear to me whether it was unlimited or if there was a limit.
Pick-up was okay in the end and there weren’t any major problems. I just wish EasyTerra made the mileage details easier to spot before booking. I’d probably use them again, but next time I’d double-check everything more carefully.

"Got exactly the car I expected"
I booked a compact car through Easyterra, and that’s exactly what they gave me at the desk. No weird downgrade or surprise tiny car, which has happened to me before with other sites. The car category info felt clear enough, and my gut told me it was going to be straightforward, luckily, it was. Pickup was easy too. I’d use them again.

Booking a car through EasyTerra was straightforward, honestly. It didn’t take long and most of the prices and options were easy to compare. I just wish a few of the extra fees or little details were shown a bit earlier, because I ended up going back to double-check things like... you know, just to be sure. Overall it was fine, not a bad experience, just not completely smooth either.

Booking was fine, fine overall, but the credit card rules were a little confusing. I didn’t notice some of the details until later, so I had to double check with support just to be sure. It wasn’t a bad experience, not bad at all, I just wish the card requirements were shown more clearly before I paid.

"Fuel policy felt a bit unfair"
Booking the car was straightforward, but the fuel policy didn’t really become clear to me until after I picked it up. I had to pay for a full tank and then return it empty, which sounds simple, but on a short trip that’s basically impossible.
It’s not even about the extra money as much as the feeling that I paid for fuel I was never going to use. The whole thing wasn’t a disaster, but it definitely didn’t feel very fair.

"Damage check seemed fair, but it made me a bit wary"
The damage assessment was mostly reasonable and didn’t feel like they were trying to overcharge me, which I appreciated. That said, it took longer than I expected, and the lack of updates during the wait kind of chipped away at my trust a bit. Overall it was fair, but the process could’ve been smoother

"Car Just Felt Right"
When I picked up the car, I immediately had a good feeling about it. It was really clean, didn’t have any weird smells, and it drove smoothly the whole trip. I noticed a few tiny scratches here and there, but nothing that really bothered me. Overall, my gut feeling was right — the car was in great shape and I was happy with it.

"Decent booking, just a little confusing at pickup"
The car itself was fine and the price was okay too. The only thing was... I wasn’t totally clear on what documents I needed when I got to the pickup desk. I ended up digging through my emails while standing there, which was a bit stressful in the moment. It all worked out in the end, so not a huge issue, but clearer instructions beforehand would’ve helped.

Adding extras was simple. I was able to pick a child seat and add an extra driver right away without any hassle. If they ever make that process complicated or start hiding fees, I’d probably book somewhere else

"Pretty decent support, honestly"
I had a question about my booking and ended up emailing support, expecting it to take a while. To be fair, they got back to me faster than I thought they would and fixed the issue without making me go back and forth a bunch. I’m not giving 5 stars because I still had to sit on hold for a bit when I called, which was annoying, but I can’t really complain too much. The help was clear and actually useful.

Had to cancel my car booking. Flight got changed. The cancel button was easy to spot, so that part was simple. Got the confirmation email fast too.
Refund took around a week to hit my card. Not instant. But it came through without me chasing anyone. So yeah, smooth overall. Would use them again

Booking was straightforward, and the site was easy enough to figure out!! No real complaints there. The only thing that bothered me a bit was the excess waiver... it just felt kind of expensive for what it actually covers?? I ended up taking it anyway, mostly for peace of mind, but I’m not totally convinced it was great value. Pickup went fine, no big issues at all... I just wish the extra protection was priced a little more reasonably!!!

Pickup took kinda longer than I expected, but the staff was really friendly, so it wasn’t a big deal. Drop-off was quick and easy, and I didn’t have any issues after that. Overall, a good experience.

I booked a rental car with Easyterra last month or so, and I was a little unsure if there would be some extra costs after I dropped it back.
A few days later the final charge came through, and it was basically what I had in mind. No weird added fees or anything like that, and the deposit part seemed to be sorted out fine too.
It’s just nice when these things are simple and you don’t have to email or call anyone about it. I’d probably use them again.

"Straightforward border info, despite my worries"
I booked a car through EasyTerra for a Germany-to-Austria trip, and yeah, I was a little nervous about the whole cross-border thing. I know some people say rental rules can be confusing, but in this case I really didn’t find it that hard to figure out.
The details were right there before I booked, including the extra fees and what was actually allowed, so I’m not sure what else I could’ve needed. When I picked up the car, there were no random surprises at the desk, which I appreciated. I’d use them again.

"I’ll be honest, I was a little nervous..."
I’ll be honest, I was a little nervous about getting fooled or dealing with some last-minute issue, but the partner showed up right on time and the car was ready to go. Super easy experience and definitely felt reliable.
